Nylon Shaft Sleeve 56296213 Back in Stock for VB795 Tamper Motor Connection

Suzhou Benit Machinery Technology Co., Ltd has added stock of the nylon shaft sleeve, part number 56296213, the consumable sleeve used at the tamper motor connection of the VB795 asphalt paver screed. The part is available from one piece upward with a 7-30 day delivery window from Shanghai.

A small part that stops a big stoppage

On a VB795 screed, the tamper motor drives the tamper bar through a coupling joint. The nylon sleeve sits inside that joint and separates the metal surfaces. When the sleeve wears through, the coupling starts to knock, the tamper action becomes uneven, and the shaft and hub begin to wear against each other. Left alone, a low-cost sleeve turns into a shaft replacement and unplanned paving downtime.

That is why workshops and paving contractors keep this sleeve on the shelf. At 0.06 kg per piece, stock cost and freight impact are minimal, while the value of avoiding a mid-project stoppage is high.

Selling points

• Part number 56296213 - exact reference, easy to match against the parts book and reorder without confusion
• Applicable model VB795 - direct fit at the tamper motor connection, no machining or adaptor needed
• Tamper motor connection application - keeps the tamper drive aligned under continuous impact load

Why engineering nylon

1. Friction reduction - self-lubricating surface lowers drag at the coupling joint
2. Noise and vibration damping - noticeably quieter tamper operation
3. High wear resistance - extended service interval compared with softer plastics
4. Corrosion resistance - unaffected by water, diesel and hydraulic oil on site
5. Lower maintenance cost - protects the shaft and hub from abrasive wear
6. Lightweight - 0.06 kg per piece, economical to ship and store
7. Electrical insulation at the connection
8. Easy installation - a straightforward field replacement

Technical specification

Where it is used

The sleeve suits VB795 screeds working on highway resurfacing, municipal road paving and rental fleets. Service workshops that support those machines benefit most, because the sleeve is a scheduled wear item rather than a breakdown part - replacing it during a planned service avoids a call-out later.

Ordering and support

Orders start from one piece, and sample quantities are welcome before volume purchasing. Buyers are asked to confirm the machine model, part number and quantity so the correct sleeve is shipped the first time. Video technical guidance and online after-sales support are available after delivery.
